Good price for item
. I had to chop this up to weld to my pipe as i was making a cutom system. Inside of the tip is steel and painted black but outside chrome is stainless. Good cheap tips to build a cheap exasut system.

good for price
1 of 2 found this helpful Dont listen to the haters. They dont know how to use suck a tool. yes its not the best quality pipe cutter but then again for the price its not going to be. Most importantly for the price its very good for the odd jobs and if used properly it will cut a pipe just as good and easily as a more expensive item
