Horrible echo makes microphone unusable
0 of 1 found this helpful When using the microphone there is a horrible echo. Makes the product completely unusable for Zoom or VoIP calls. Otherwise fine if you only want to listen and not use the microphone.
We purchased multiple units to pair with our Grandstream VoIP phones, but they are not usable for this purpose.
It seems every other review on the internet is reporting the same thing so I won't elaborate here or try to describe the echo. I should have looked at reviews before I purchased these.

Great value. Kids love it.
Feels a bit slippery / synthetic. Not really sure if it is different. Great value though and my kids like it.
