Very helpful

Difficult UI, Alarm is not overly loud
The timer alarm goes for 60 second, which is good, but it is not overly loud - its fine if you are in or around the kitchen, but easy to miss if you are not near by.
The UI is convoluted and somewhat difficult to use, pressing and holding timer buttons, and you're never quite sure what is required. Probably I'll get used to it, but it could certainly be better.
