You get what you pay for
It is a good choice, if you just want to fulfill the legal requirements (and you want to do it stylish) of having rearview mirrors installed on your scooter/moped/etc, and nothing more. Production quality is OK, it the looks nice.
On the other hand, it works quite poor as a rear-view mirror: the arms are made out of plastic: this cheep solution enlarges the vibration. Also, the surface of mirror glass isn't curved at all, causing a hefty blind-spot.

It works very well!
I have received the item quickly. Also "tested" on my Honda XL650V Transalp, and worked perfectly.

Better than stock holder
It holds the camera 100% firm. Due to the short arm, no vibration occurs on the camera, also interfering less with the view of driver/passenger of the car.
