Lamont Dozier sings his own versions of Motown Hits
Lamont Dozier's voice is still good singing his own versions of his songs penned for Motown artists.
This CD cannot be ripped apparently.

Disappointing Black & White Illustrations
The story is charming but the black and white illustrations are disappointing. Of couse this is a matter of taste (see attached). Jim Tierney is best known for many stylish book jackets. His colourful illustrations for the 75th anniversary edition of Edith Hamilton's "Mythology" ARE fantastic. As the standard is high, here however only the cover is outstanding.

Large good quality reprint of a 1865 version of "Arabian Nights"
1 of 1 found this helpful This large book of 822 pages is a reprint of the 1865 version of the Arabian Nights” by H. W. Dulcken. The contents (stories and illustrations) are well listed. It contains over 200 illustrations by Dalziel, Houghton, Millais, Morten, Pinwell, Tenniel & Watson. The quality of the black and white illustrations may not be as fine as the original, but are excellent for a modern publication. (see attached) The modern book jacket is outstanding being designed by Jim Tierney.
