underwelming
it actually does not cool very much on a hot day; disappointing , I feel like sending it back; the product looks quality, but performance is poor; I would prefer to tell you I am excited about it, as I was when i opened it But it is lacking in cooling down; I have put ice in it, it cools very little sorry. can i send it back with free mail cost???? i bought it on price thinking it is probably as good as the one advertised on TV for 5 times the cost ; ?
