So slim, excellent fit
The fit of the case is extremely good. I have had a few others for this laptop (I consider they are consumable items, and not going to last forever) and this is one up there: when it comes time to replace I would buy another, definitely. It's so slim, when using the laptop it really isn't noticeable. The Apple 12" MacBook doesn't have huge gaps anywhere which would make fitting the case easy for designers; the case is well designed and made, no nasty sharp edges despite the necessarily small dimensions of some of the parts. The upper surface has a 2.5cm "case it" logo which is fine (white, Helvetica, not offensive) but I would've preferred no visible branding. The rubber feet on the bottom give the laptop a nicely cushioned and planted feel. This "black" version should really be called "smoke", or "tinted" - it definitely isn't black. However, this is fairly obvious from the listing images and I would say they are an excellent representation of the product I received.

OE quality replacement
Excellent fit and very comfortable. They feel as good as OE on the ear. Would happily purchase again
