One year was all it lasted

Worked great for a year now doesn’t engage anymore. And yes I checked the truck wiring first. it is signaling it to turn on but will not engage. Leading up to this I could go out and wiggle the connector going into the clutch and it would kick in and now nothing. I tested the coil and it is bad and company will not send me a new one because it is 1 month out of warranty. Do not buy.
