Solid Build, Good Value
1 of 2 found this helpful So far I am very happy with this unit...I have mounted the scope onto a Cometa Fenix 400 Break Barrel .22 Slug Gun with new seals and spring, and shot around 200 pellets, the Scope is performing well...
The supplied quick release mounts kept sliding back after each shot, no matter how tight they were...I fitted them onto the weapons 11mm Dovetail with UTG Picatinny Rail Adaptors...to eliminate this, I cut down a spare clamp-on dovetail mount making a 'stop' and secured it behind the front mount to prevent the slide back, so far so good...
I fitted a UTG 80mm Side Wheel for the SWAT Turret which is great...I don't need/use the Illumination feature...
The scope is a bit of an overkill for this weapon, but I use it frequently to remove Pigeons from the area and like the features and high magnification...I'm considering trying it on my .22 Rimfire, but I will need to get new mounts for that...
