I was surprised to get a notice in the mail telling me I had to pay $10 for my parcel .When I went to pick it up I found the book has been placed in an A4 sized envelope with an 65 cent Christmas stamp placed on it!. Both my names and my street address were recorded incorrectly and there was no senders details on the parcel Contacted seller who tried to say that it was a 'letter' and some post offices don't let it through. Seller is a joke!

- e***e (731)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseseller advertised free delivery ,then only paid $1.10, leaving me with the choice to either argue it out with my post office ( no thank you) or pay the $9.70 difference.you cannot ship a book as a letter!please just advertise the correct postage and allow buyers to choose, not a big ask.seller would not refund the difference when I asked. pretty unhappy with this transaction.

And I’m really mad about this. Item said free postage. But when collecting from the post office, I HAD TO PAY EXTRA. As the seller the seller is a cheapskate. Wouldn’t recommend. Also book has more wear then described.
