Great little unit if used properly

All features, cooling and heating, battery protection work as advertised. Best results for a trip are achieved by preparing it a few hours before use, i.e. to cool to 1deg C place in a few frozen freezer blocks or a bag or two of frozen peas or beans and start it up full blast. Swap them out for your picnic or whatever just befor you leave. Will keep very cool all the time if you keep unit on and don't open the lid frequently or quickly. Keep out of direct sunlight in car. Don't leave for a long time in a warm car - it can get to 45deg C in car and unit can only handle a 27 deg C differential. Enjoy!
