Good copy of Satanic Rites
1 of 1 found this helpful Many reviewers of the Satanic Rites of Dracula have complained about the terrible, dodgy DVD copies that have circulated due to some idea in the US that this film is in the public domain. This is also a DVD-R but does not suffer from the water mark that appeared on many other versions and the quality is acceptable, though not great. If you are watching this on a fairly small screen and not a 102 inch monster it is fine.
As to the film, I found it entertaining and original but of course every Hammer film has been called 'one of Hammer's greatest' and 'not one of Hammer's greatest'!
