Won auction and paid. Evidently price wasn't high enough for seller to fulfill their obligation to honor the agreement. Seller never shipped item. Seller did not cancel order or provide refund. Evidently seller wanted to keep my money. Had to open case with ebay to get a refund. May want to avoid this seller - especially if it is an auction and not a buy-it-now.
