  I received a message from UPS that the package I had ordered had nothing in it and they had discarded the packaging. UPS said they would notify the seller. When I notified the seller, he said he would check it out. I NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD FROM THE SELLER. I tried repeatedly to get a refund as the package never appeared at my address. I am waiting for eBay to refund my money as the seller never responded. I am very skeptical about this seller’s ethics.

  Seller had multiple pictures of different faucets in the description of the item. The main photo was the fauchet we needed, but the final photo was the faucet that was sent. We noticed the inconsistency and cancelled the order within 3 mins; however, Seller said item was already processed. We reached out to seller many times, but seller sent the wrong faucet regardless. We returned it and seller threatened to complain and have us banned from Ebay. Highly recommend you stay away from Seller.
