  Philmcar happens to be an honest and genuine salesman. I had entered into one of his auctions in which he had a cordless drill charger for my Drill Master drill. I had out bid others and took ownership of that charger along with a drill that he threw in with it. Little did Phil know that there was an issue with the charger that would not charge batteries for me. I contacted Phil and he was not aware of the issue with the charger and happily refunded me for the drill, the tax, and the shipping. .
