Don't order this junki
3 of 3 found this helpful These print heads were shipped direct from China. They appeared to be genuine HP products, but I'm guessing they were very old stock, probably bought up as surplus. The clear plastic faces had bulged and pulled off the cartridges. I threw them away instead of mailing them back to China and took the printer (HP OfficePro 8500" to the recycling center. Moral of the story- when a printer breaks, buy a new one. The cost of the last set of ink cartridges plus these print heads was more than a similar new printer.
