Good product when weights aren't available
Very handy product when weights aren't available. Suitable for heavy lifting when combined with bodyweight. I mainly use them for resistance on pushups to take the place of bench press. Would be good if they came with a handle of some type or recommendations on what handles and other accessories can be used with them.
