The PI7s hit it out of the park from a sound perspective!
3 of 3 found this helpful The PI7s are by far the best true wireless earbuds I have had. They sound much better than Apple's Airpods Pro, Sony's WF 1000 MX3, RHA's and UE's wireless buds. You can hear that they have two speakers and amps. The bass is there, but not overbearing or muddled; it's very clean. Same for the highs and mids. Staging is pretty good, but not fantastic in terms of breadth and depth. Fit and comfort has been excellent for me for one to two hours. I've not had the chance to try them for longer periods. Battery life, much criticized, is fine for my commuter use. ANC is fine, on par with my Airpods and MX3s.
List price at $399 was too steep for my taste, but at a discount, these are the best buds, from a sound perspective, you can buy at the moment. B&W knows how to make music sound good, albeit they are not yet at the level of my better wired IEMs.
