charger works on 12 volts & 120 volts
Charger works off 120 volts also. But took 2-1/2 hours to charge the new batteries with the 120 volt plug. Hopefully the 12 volt adaptor will charge faster. Didn't try the batteries out yet for run / usage time., But they fit my Nikon camera.

brighter than old original bulbs
no longer yellowed color, seems to be in legal brightness limit. Not as bright as some of the other illegal off-road ones. Also, I polished the plastic outer lenses. Were a bit difficult to install on 1997 Lexus. The fog lights have a bolt underneath that snapped but was able to drill it out & put in a sheet metal screw. Overall, they were huge improvement from my old, yellowed bulbs
