Provided with tracking no. which I used but always received this message from Royal Mail, 'An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item'. August 16th tried to contact the seller for an update, ended up in an automated process (guaranteed refund) which led to a refund. I really wanted the product which apparently was in stock but seemingly not posted. Have ordered again but the same thing seems to be happening!
