Quality and quantity

The tube was unsealed. I wonder what is inside. I just tried for 1 week, no significance result seen. The tube was half full. Is it 4.5 oz or less? I do not have any instrument to verify.

No help, don't buy

It is well advertised. The item produces a soft blue light only. User stares at the light and concentrate on his/her own breathing ; similar to the Buddhist vipassana meditation. The product produce no help to induce sleep.
