A great new edition of an old standby
5 of 5 found this helpful I haven't bought the Ball Blue Book for quite a few years, & I decided it was time for a new copy. I was pleased & surprised by all the great recipes & ideas in this newest edition. Not only does it have the expected "how long to process" info, but there are lots of new info in this edition on pressure canning and recipes to get your imagination going. I am VERY pleased with this edition.
