I was looking specifically for EE tape, but this turned out to be a Maxell UD (non-EE) tape in a Maxell XLII (EE) box. This kind of accidental swap happens a lot with used tapes that are decades old. I don't believe the seller knew about this. I contacted the seller and we discussed. I decided that the price I paid was still a good deal for genuine Maxell UD, so in the end, I'm still satisfied. Nikon D80
The best used Nikon at affordable price if you can't afford a D90. Don't buy the cheapo stripped down Nikon DSLRs without the separate status LCD. They have so many missing functions that they are not worth it. I rather have a used D80 rather than a new D3100.

Nikkor zoom
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the best "entry" level Nikkor AF zoom and the perfect choice for everyday photography. I use it with a D80 I just bought on ebay. Nikon DSLR models with only 1 display are cheap stripped down models (i.e. D3000) and the kit lenses are really cheap too (i.e. 18-55mm). The D80 is the next best thing to the D90. The 18-105mm zoom is very sharp at all zoom settings and has very fast autofocus. And it has Vibration Reduction, which is a must. It is light, small and well built. Read serious reviews on it (like DPReview.com). The 18mm setting is great for indoors photos (equivalent to 27mm or twice the normal angle). The 105mm tele position is equivalent to 150 which is 3 times magnification; this is plenty for everyday photo. I was looking at 18-200 but would have been an overkill and also much lower quality (more distortion, etc). I rather buy another lens for higher magnifications. For portrait only my best choice is 20mm F2.8 AF fixed focus (can find some at $400 more or less in decent condition).

Great deal and great product
I was surprised that for a low price this device works like a charm. I would not spend more for the same from other sellers who charge twice the price or more.
