They wok
When I work outside hard or if I am on my feet all day, I can always expect a leg cramp or cramps at night. Although I do drink tons of water and Gatorade, I will still get leg cramps, and at times they are painful. My brothers have the same type of cramps; must be a genetic thing. We are all over 50 years old, and not in our twenties anymore, and are considered in pretty good shape physically. These Hyland QUICK DISSOLVE are the only things that work. The other night Saturday we had a fire going outside in the evening, I walked a lot that day attending a top fuel drag race, while enjoying the beautiful fire outside I move my leg to a figure four position and wham a cramp started on the inner thigh. I hobbled in the house and took two Hyland pills dissolving them under my tongue and sucked down a full glass on water. Within two minutes the cramp was going away, four minutes the cramp was gone. AMAZING STUFF.

Perfect fanny pack
This is the right size .... not small and not large. It will fit wallet, keys, cell phone, change purse, smokes. I will love this when I walk the beach and take visits everywhere. I am sick and tired of putting stuff in my pockets and worrying the stuff will fall out.
This fanny pack is of very good quality and should last along time. My previous one was way to small and held nothing. Now I have this one with numerous pockets and well designed.
