Yeppp
Never actually used it, lol, but very sturdy piece.
Threaded holes look perfect, machined with no issues, can take the abuse of being welded on and used as an exhaust component.

100% worth it. Easy install, awesome results.
3 of 3 found this helpful Installed on 04 Yukon 5.3 with 243K miles.
***Quick install guide in my case***
Remove the shield held on by 2 10mm bolts.
Spray down the oe solenoid with PB blaster or similar.
Use pry bar and press the solenoid inwards, into the transmission. I leveraged off the muffler and the muffler barely showed any force applied, it didn't take much force to press inwards, if you use the penatrating oil.
Using some pliers or similar, pull out the large metal ring in the groove.
Spray more PB if you want into the groove.
Pull the solenoid out of the trans out about an inch, till you see a rubber o-ring. Cut it off or pull out with a pick.
Now pull the top half off the solenoid out, then the bottom half, keeping track of what goes where and what direction is facing. I took it out piece by piece and laid it out how it was removed.
Some trans fluid may come out when removing, so place a catch can down beforehand.
Install the new bottom half, being certain the spring is sitting right, and that you have everything assembled correctly.
Then install the top half, and pry inwards. This is the hardest part, you have to shove the new metal ring into the groove while keeping the solenoid pressed in. That PB blaster everywhere should help it slide right in.
Reinstall the shield, and top off any fluid that spilled out. Test drive.
The whole process took me about 5 mins, but I had a lift and plenty of tools.
The trans shifts very confidently, holds the rpms longer, down shifts easier, ect ect.
Basically everything all the other reviews say.
It is 100% worth the money, and I wish I had done it sooner. I am recommending this to every Chevy and gmc owner I see now.
Get it.

Perfect fix for my car, in various ways. Very glad I bought this one out of all options I had.
This thing is huge. You think you understand it's huge, but it's huge lol.
Was a perfect fit / solution from when my previous, slightly smaller lol, circle tip had been bouncing up and burning a half moon shape into my bumper cover.
So i bought this, trimmed the cover a bit so this would fit perfectly, and now i have a tip that is as large as my new upgraded size exhaust is, with it not looking out of place.
I'm so glad it filled the messed up bumper hole.
Looks really nice, don't think I really see other cars with oval exhaust tips often.
Exhaust guy had to use his machine to widen the hole to fit over my 3" outlet muffler. He was kinda worried of cracking it by widening it, but after slowly doing it, no issues and it went on fine. Not sure where issue was from... the new muffler, the new tip, or the combination of the two. But it's fine.
Couldn't be more happy.
