  Seller offered a full refund but when I questioned whether that would also include return postage he didn't give a definitive answer which I took to mean that he wasn't willing to because he started offering me a partial refund. I accepted the refund because it meant that I ended up paying $10 for his harmonica which is about all it was worth in the first place. I suggested to him that maybe in the future he should pay more attention to the products he is sending out before writing a description
