Buy something else if you want a step up transformer
Used it to drive a 220 volt 50 watt LED lamp. I melted in 2 days time.

This brother 8710 is a dream. Makes copies as fast as any printer I have recently used, Scans well. My only gripe is the software that bullies control vver documents.
