No charger in the box!

I recieved this item in a timely mannner. I bought it for my dad for a birthday gift. When he opened it at his party we found out there was NOT a charger in the box! This item obviously needs a charger and if it truly is a "NEW, unopened item" it would have had a charger in the box. Very dissapointed as well as emabarressed.
