  The order was processed and arrived quickly, however, there was minimal packaging and the torch and tip banked together. This left a few fresh dings in the torch. I'm sure it is still good to use but is not as pictured.pg

  i sent the exact item shown in the pictures and bubble wrapped each piece separately. if it was a mistake then why won't you message me back? i offered a full refund?? i don't lie so please help me figure this out! if it was the shipper, I can get the money back and give you a full refund. Maybe your just upset that i declined your offer of $21 on a $200 item and now taking out on me? thank you very much for your time.
