A good price and friendly seller who let me know when the item had been posted. This was advertised as "new" however after speaking to Plusnet it became clear that this was a Plusnet refurbished router. In truth that would be a selling point for me! Judging from the sellers communication I expect they were unaware of this and sold it "new" in good faith. It works and I'm happy. Many thanks.
