Practical & visual aid
I bought this as a hands on practical aid for teaching choking protocols. It allows me to practise the process safely and visually to students whereas before explaining and showing a PowerPoint was not always an effective method of getting the method over. It's also a good way of getting students off their seats and getting stuck into a practical rather than a slow mind numbing death by diagram and PowerPoint.

Whistle stop!
A decent quality for the price dog whistle. Lanyard is quick release and the whistle works well.

Wipe on wipe off
Regardless of how careful i am ironing, there is always that one garment that catches me out and melts itself onto my iron. This little stick works its wonders and quickly cleans the base plate right up. It's best to keep the windows and doors open as its quite stinky to use but very effective.
