    I paid for the goods . After 8 days, I wrote a letter to the seller, asking if he had sent me the goods. The seller did not respond to the letter. The seller did not ship the goods on time, and after 18 days refused the transaction, stating the formal reason: "Wrong recipient address". My eBay rating =110. I have not changed my delivery address. eBay made a refund of my money. I lost time, I couldn't use my money for three weeks. A bad salesman.

    Unfortunately this sale was not completed due to importing law changes in the buyer's country (Kazakhstan). After working with local and international postal service and government department representatives for several weeks, we were unable to confirm that the item would arrive safely and therefore issued a full refund to the buyer. The above was clearly communicated to the buyer and the claim that the transaction was cancelled due to their address being "wrong" is false.
