Worth it
It muffles the sound a lot, but that’s to be expected if something is supposed to be watertight. It’s also protecting against impact so it’s totally worth it to have this case.

Ok for the price
2 of 2 found this helpful They're cheap. Ten dollars and that's what you should expect. Yes they keep the feet dry in light rain but the zipper broke on the first day of using them and the sole straps don't really reach that good

Not for active riders
This item is ok if you're only riding smooth terrain like bike paths or boardwalks but if you ride actively or on city streets with unpredictable terrain or rough roads Don't buy this. It will fall off. This is clearly designed for just cruisers.
