Great, but....
Hard to make the lock button top stay down in order to start it, whereupon the lock can be released. Tends to suck down onto the bottom of the mixing container, making it difficult to move it up and down... but for the purpose I got it, it works adequately, and a great improvement over my blender, as it's considerably easier to clean... Overall, satisfied.

Works fine
As expected. A little noisy, but my shoulders and feet/legs appreciate the massage. Haven't used the heat function, though assuming it works. No complaints. Cord sufficiently long for convenience.
