  Despite me having proof that Royal Mail DIDN’T deliver this item and that he put it back in his bag, they weren’t prepared to follow this up with them (& did Tracking 48 so have insurance ) and send a replacement left it to me to try and sort so very poor service and won’t ever me buying from them again or refer them !
