  I just received the item and I am not sure if this is as advertised….. Theo Wanne Durga 3 Gold 5 alto sax mouthpiece. If you look at other similar items shown, this does show some differences. It comes in a different box, different markings on it and just does not look like the “real” deal. It come across as a good knock off! I will be checking with the Theo Wanne company to confirm if this product was manufactured by them. It would be very disappointing if it was not!! Please confirm.
