A beautiful book with a great layout!

Probably the nicest put together waterfall book i've seen. ( and I own quite a few ). Beautiful layout and pictures. A mini outline of the state by each falls with a dot referencing where in the state the waterfall is. I love that. Other books i constantly have to flip back to a map to see if it's near where I am or where I am going. Gorgeous pictures as well all in color and great info on the hike to each falls.

Great camera period!!!

This was about my 6th or 7th digital camera. So far I absolutely love this thing. The controls are easy to figure out and it takes great pictures. The zoom is incredible. Good battery life ( helped by the fact that you can turn the view screen off and use the view finder ). Not a small camera by any means, but it packs a lot of punch for the money. 7.1 megapixels is great. I still think my old C-740 takes great pics with 3.2 megapixels so to me 7.1 is just cake. ********* the SP-550 takes AA batteries, so if your rechargeable die you can stop anywhere and buy some disposable batterys to get you through the day. This is a huge feature to me with the amount of pictures i take. Most cameras now have some specialized battery you have to buy 2 of and can only be used on one or two different models.
