We had to replace a broked WC in a small understairs toilet. We got a replacement modern corner unit at a very keen price from them.Unfortunately when we were fitting the unit the wrong seat was in the sealed packaging. I contacted Plumbworld and we had a quick response from Jack who arranged an overnight shipping of a replacement and the erroneous seat was uplifted by the same shipper.The new WC is perfect exactly as specified
