Inline Mains Power Connector
I had intended to run a new mains power cable, but found that the space was tightly restricted, so no alternative but to join a new matching cable with the existing one to extend it's length. The inline connector took little space, was easy to install and gave an excellent seal against moisture. The connector is of high quality. In summary - an excellent product.

Too Narrow Beamwidth
The twin lights beam width is too narrow when reading a book, resulting in two distinct spots. A wider beam width would allow even coverage over the page.

Light Bar Touch Control
1 of 1 found this helpful This LED light bar works as described, but I did have a problem after installing it in my motorhome. I connected the wiring to the 12 vdc power distribution line which also feeds all the other 12 volt appliances in the motorhome.
When the water pump was activated the light turned on (or off if was already on) without me activating the inbuilt sensor - most annoying! I installed a 12 volt surge filter across the 12 volt supply but this made no difference. Finally, I installed a normal switch in series with the 12 supply cable to the light and of course this solved the problem.
Essentially I am very happy with the light and the way it works. But if you have a similar problem, then the mechanical switch is the way to go.
