Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a seller & I have been buying on eBay for 20 years! I paid for my order immediately when I placed it, as I always do, but the item was never shipped. I messaged the seller two times asking for a shipping update but got no response. After waiting the required length of time, I escalated the matter to eBay. They attempted to contact this seller and got no response either, so I got a full refund. I will not buy from this seller again.

They advertised they were selling one product then bait and switched me.by sending another product that wasn't even advertised. Then they tried to convince me it was a good deal if I go to a restaurant and buy a hamburger I want a hamburger. I not going to order a hamburger then you bring me a chicken sandwich and convince me that it a great deal totally not worth time and effort

Excellent quality and price!!

SsI now own 4 BRAHMIN purses and 3 wallets. I love each one. After purchasing my first Brahmin purse and wallet I decided then that I wouldn't purchase or own another purse or walltet of lesser quality. Brahmin sold me on their brand with their quality of their products along with their warranties and workmanship when I did have to have one of my purse's middle zipper. It was my original purse and I'm not easy with my purses and wallets. But the quality and fast work that Brahmin does with their products makes the price worth it! I'm sure that the *4* that I own now won't be my last! I can highly recommend BRAHMIN products!
