    Sent with no cable so unable to charge. I bought a cable for £15 and discovered that one of the batteries would not take a charge. She was unhelpful in her communication saying that i ‘seemed annoyed’ and tried to reverse who was in the wrong - claiming that I should have informed her about no cable before asking for a refund because the battery was faulty! I was not annoyed, i simply want a refund for what I spent. Clearly this woman has no idea how eBay works. Avoid!!

    I object to this feedback. As soon as I read your first mesg about the cable not beingincluded in with the G-Theragun, I said if you had just messaged me I would've sent it to you, as I hadn't realised I hadn't included it. There was no reason to go thru eBay first. without giving me a chance to respond.I agreed I would refund you as soon as I received the return. How was that being unhelpful? I even left a positive feedback for you!And your last sentence was totally unnecessary. pmd_td44
