Top performer!

Yeah, it's a dead format, but some of us have a lot of discs that we'd like to play and/or archive to other media. It takes up just 1U in the rack (1.75"). It's responsive, quick access and great sound. No complaints here, especially if you can get a good one for the right price!

SRW series switches

While the SRW series switch are in fact loud, you can pull the front and rear bezel off, remove the top cover and disconnect the two fans - this review isn't about how loud it is. The switch actually does run cool without the fans, unless of course you have it jammed in a rack with tons of other equipment. The SRW series switches are reliable network devices that support web management and most importantly, port trunking. If you're looking for a switch for either home networking or small business use, look no further.

High resolution, great optics

I purchased mine used for a good price and it works perfectly. It is above one of my workshop benches, used as an inspection camera for very small electronic component work. I have a stereo microscope on an articulated arm, but it tends to float away easily when you put your head up to it. It's a tad larger than I imagined, but it works perfectly. The resolution is wonderful. Really easy to configure and install too.
