Power grips are the best.
I have always disliked toe clips but if you ride often you need something to help keep your foot on the pedal. Enter Power Grips they work great and do not get in the way like toe clips. I recommend them to anyone who rides. I ride everyday but not too much to justify buying special riding supe that clip into tve pedal. These things are 👍 great!

Not good for much. Too low quality.
Very low quality design. Extremely flimsy do not think it will be on for very long but has kept water from getting on my back for the ride today. Just too cheaply made to really serve much. Even after mounting is not right. Must be adjusted before every ride. If you want something like this look elsewhere.
