This one is my youngest one. He is already 4 years old. After I let my big baby sleep, I regretted so much. Why I couldn't recognize his sickness as soon as he developed cancer. It was too late. I've been missing him so much. 4 years ago as soon as my big dog was gone my friend who is the head of the local rescue group let me have this one. Grief got better than before, but it never ends. So sad.

Keep the old filter until you install new one
We ended up to disassemble filter unit and checked the filter base. There is no problem. We researched over the Internet, mainly Youtube, and switched to the old filter's LOCKING piece on the top of the filter. Worked!

I usually have trouble inserting the filter, but this one was so easy! I'm glad I bought 2. They were packed well. Highly recommended.

So comfortable.
My husband likes this product. I'm always looking for a better value since Depend is expensive.
