  Initially after order made and paid, I was a little upset as no update provided for the shipment. Subsequently after a few days I finally received the message from the seller that he was away for a few days. He took the initiative of shipping the item out on Express Post at his own cost. Really happy with this gesture and I received the item the next morning after he posted out. Good seller and willing to rectify his own mistake. Thumbs up!!

  I had a problem with delivery and the article never showed up. I contacted Poolex and they refunded the cost. 3 days afterthey were delivered 4 weeks in total so I contacted poolex and they said it was OK just keep them and don't worry about cost. They stood by their service and were most generous. I will use them and happy to recommend them to everyone. We'll done Poolex.
