Good device but mechanical malfunction.

No matter what I do, the two pods won't pair with each other. I've tried all hard reset and sync methods but they won't pair and sync to each other. I can listen in one ear, and the sound quality is good in that one but can't listen in two ears. I think the button on one of them is slightly broken and that's why.
