It fits!
I hate to say that the best thing about the case is that "it fits," but, well, it does. And for this line of guitars, it's difficult to find a correct fit. I will say it's a tad snug when closing it, but I leave the strap on, and close the case on it, so, there goes another 1/4 inch. A few complaints I've seen about the whammy bar causing fit problems are unfounded. You just need to "sleep" the Bigsby arm where it's SUPPOSED to go when not in use, and the fit is fine. Also, the plush is SO workmanlike, and NOT fancy-looking or feeling (kind of a dull burgundy), it's just kinda "blah" in there. Not that my Gretsch knows the difference. Finally, the latches, well, they work alright, but JUST alright. They have to be "fiddled with" a bit to catch and latch properly. I would have given this 4 stars, but the "bang-for-the-buck" ratio is just not deserving of it. You are stuck buying a proprietary case, without all the choices out there for 3rd-party cases, due to the size and shape of the instrument, which, in my case (sorry!) is a Gretsch 5655T.

Wow, the SlideRig is simply amazing. There are no words - you just have to play, listen, and let it rock your world.

GREAT capo!
The whole concept of having the "guts" ABOVE the fingerboard, out of the way of your hand, is genius!
