  I can't rate Andrew highly enough. He went over and above to ensure the replacement cup and saucer arrived well in time to give to a visiting friend who is suffering major health issues. She will be over the moon. Andrew was such an excellent communicator, at all times prompt, kind and considerate towards my request.
