Air TV 2- Built For Sling No Cord. D

This device does not work!!! I connected the Ethernet cable, coax antenna cable then plugged in power to the device. After waiting several minutes for the device to boot, the green power and network LEDs glow steady. The antenna LED flashes green but never steadies. It appears the device is stuck in either boot or setup mode.
