Eye candy for your dash
If you want a wow factor in a DIN head unit...look no further. I've seen setups that cost twice as much that don't look this good. Pioneer really concentrated on asthetics over the common bland look of most stereos. The Bluetooth is built it, so you only need to attach the microphone and sync your phone..you can even store your phone numbers on the head unit! The color display on the unit displays your cd tracks like an MP3 player....scrolling up and down is helpful when you have an MP3 cd with ver 100 songs on it. It has a motorized face plate that lowers to show the CD slot and it also lowers when the car is shut off and releases the face plate for removal. If you choose not to remove the face, it returns to normal after about 30 seconds. If you want to attach an iPod, you must purchase a separate unit for about $50 to make it work. If you have an audio build that requires an impressive look...start with this head unit.

The best giant monster movie ever to come out of Japan.
If you think of Godzilla or Gamera as a guy in a rubber suit knocking over cardboard boxes with windows painted on them...you WERE right. That's how it was in the 60's and 70's. If you loved these movies as a kid, then you need to check out this new Gamera series. This movie is the 3rd of a 3 movie saga in which you see Gamera return and bring suitimation to a whole new level. This movie has been hailed as the best kaiju movie ever made. This movie was made in 1999 on a tiny budget and it could go toe to toe with anything coming out of Hollywood right now. Be sure to see this Trilogy in order. Gamera: Gaurdian of the Universe and Gamera: Advent of Legion are the first 2. This movie strays from the kiddie friendly theme and tends to go to a darker place, which is what makes this movie stand out from the rest. Sporting some impressive CGI for its genre, this movie is sure to please Godzilla fans and casual movie goers alike.
